A. There is no way to verify the validity of a email address before sending an email. It is up to the sender to ensure that the email address he/she provided is typed in correctly. However, sometimes it is possible to guess the correct address by checking for common mistakes in email addresses like a missing @ sign or an incorrect domain name (ex. yahooo.com). |

| Q. How do I list my rental property or venue hall? |
A. Listing at 99halls is simple. You will need a valid email Id. Click on the "Login " button at the top of our home page and access the owner login screen. Locate and click on "Sign up now" link. Follow the process and that should create a member login and password. You can then continue and create your listing. |

| Q. Will you list my facility for me? |
A. No. In order to list your facility, we would need your login id and password and also know every detail of your facility. For these reasons, only you can personally register and list your facility online. |

| Q. What is the fee for this service? |
A. Currently, all new listings will receive a one time FREE TRIAL for three months. The fee after the three month promotion is $ 40 annually. 0 |

| Q. I am having login Id/password problems. Can you help me? |
A. On the owner login page select the "Login/Password problem?" link. Provide the necessary information. All forgotten login Id and password requests are emailed to the email address you provide at the time of registration. Once you successfully login, you may change your password to anything you like.
If you are absolutely positive that you are entering your login Id and password correctly and you are still having problem, you may have cookies disabled on your browser. To enable cookies in Internet Explorer, under the Tools menu, click Internet Options. Click the Security tab, and then click Custom Level near the bottom of the window. Scroll down to where it says Cookies, and click enable.

A. Yes, There is a direct link to every listing on 99halls. To obtain the direct link, select "banquet hall list" and drill down to your listing. The URL of your listing page can be used as a direct link. |

A. Yes, during the process of listing your facility, one of the items asked is the link to your external webpage. |

| Q. I am having trouble with my photos. Can you help me? |
A. If you are experiencing trouble uploading your photo, you may send your photo by email along with your login Id, facility name and your date of birth(for verification purposes)
If your photos are on a website and if you own the copyright to them, you can have it uploaded by emailing us the link to the website along with a description of the photo you want. Please make sure to include your login Id, facility name and your date of birth(for verification purposes)
You may also mail your photos to 99halls's mailing address. We will scan and post the photo onto your listing. Please make sure to include your login Id, facility name and your date of birth(for verification purposes) |

| Q. Where can I see my listing statistics? |
A. They are available at the bottom of every listing. |

| Q. Modifications/deletions of listings |
A. You must be logged in to perform modifications or deletions. You can modify all attributes except the facility's country. You have the flexibility to upload a new picture too. Just remember that once you upload a new photo the old one is dropped from the server. |
